[Numbat] NED modification

Hello, 

I've made some changes to the NED design. Now SS and BS are in two separate files which are gathered together in physim.ned. Furthermore, file common.ned holds all the simple modules used both by the SS and the BS compound modules.

That's it by now - tomorrow I'll try to add multi-BS and multi-SS feature with dynamic link assign.
