[Dibbler] Dibbler Digest, Vol 68, Issue 9

Hi,
I just compiled the newest version from source. Dibbler-server start
commands is a bit fishy to stop sometimes but i mostly use dibbler-server
run command because of the feedback you get back from it.

PS. I will try to nag at Debian foks, i dont know where and how but some
how this noob will hopefully suceed :). DS
