Can you take a look at doc/examples/server-per-client.conf? It offers a
way to reserve an address for client. Would something similar work for
you if I had implemented exactly the same approach for prefix? That is
relatively straight forward.

Yes, it would be. However, this is a bit tricky to implement. The
implementation itself it not that much of a problem, but proper testing
of it is.

Unfortunately, there are more urgent things to fix, like better DNS
Update support before I can take a closer look at client classification.
This does not mean, however, that I don't intend to implement this
feature. To not forget about this, bug 225 was created:

And of course, I'm also accepting patches. :) I can provide detailed
explanation what has to be coded to implement this, if you are interested.
