[Dibbler] Invalid elapsed time?

Hi all,

I found invalid value in elapsed time option field of
Information-Request message. Elaped time option value
should be 0 in the first message, but I often find non-0 value there.
Dibbler-Client version is 0.7.1, anyone else find it too?
