Noticeable bugfixes:
- Numerous bugfixes found and fixed during second bakeoff meeting
   in Vancouver
- Unicast fixes (REUQEST is sent using multicast now)
- domain option format fix
- DNS Update memory fixes (possible crashes)

Note: Since release (2007-12-31), there have been one report that prefix 
delegation is not working as expected (i.e. prefixes are slightly out of 
pool). This issue is still to be confirmed, but I wanted to be on the safe 
side and warn about it.
