Absolutely. But it requires some coding. About 95% of the code is system
independent. All you have to code are low level, system specific
functions like interface list reading, adding and deleting address etc.

These are the long term plans, but due to other obligations and time
constraints, I'm not able to do any development.

No. If you have programming experience with FreeBSD, that should be quite
easy for you. Contact me if you want to go ahead and I'll provide you with
details and assistance. Also take a look at Dibbler Developer's Guide.
