[Dibbler-devel] DHCPv6 option names and a build fix patch

This patch is against dibbler-20070108-CVS.tar.gz . It updates option
name defines to use
the names used at RFCs. The TIMEZONE related option numbers are not
assigned officially, yet. Timezone option implementation is not
changed to use the two option names used at the draft -05 (in RFC
editor queue at the moment, numbers to be assigned shortly by IANA).

There is also removal of '#include "config.h"' from Misc/sha512.c that
fixes problem of missing include.
