Fixes:
 - dibbler-server now attaches server-id to CONFIRM's REPLY message.
 - dibbler-server now checks addresses in CONFIRM message.
 - potential buffer overflow in VendorSpec Info option
 - Option Request parsing fixed, this time for good.
 
 So now you have bulletproof, rock solid stable version.
 I'm sure of it. Anyway, what could possibly go wrong? It's Friday 13th. :)
